Shipping policy

All USPS claims damages must be filed by B&E Thrift Jewelry upon notification from customer. B&E Thrift Jewelry will not be held responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed with tracking number. If an item is already paid for, it may not be combined with an unpaid item. Items allowed for combination must be paid for on the same invoice. Please allow 3 to 6 business days after payment is received for item shipment.
